Fleece

Fleece (also called polar-fleece or micro-polar-fleece) is used in textile promotional products like sports- and casual-wear fashion, mostly when functionality is of utmost importance.
In winter, promotional items and giveaway with fleece material are great for its dense, warm fluffiness, while in summer it is worn in a much lighter form.
Fleece is a polyester fiber, which absorbs - unlike natural fiber - hardly any humidity, is very durable and easy to care for.

Fleece products as giveaway, corporate gifts or promotional items are very popular textile promotional products.

Thanks to an additional treatment of "Freshguard", which is embedded into the fiber, the textile promotional products with fleece virtually prevents every smell. The clothing doesn't smell and feels fresh, so this promotional items and giveaway are very popular. Freshguard remains active for over 50 laundries. Furthermore, it protects the skin naturally.

Flexo printing (or flexographic printing)

Flexo printing is a direct high pressure process like the book printing. Flexography printing is a direct form of relief printing using reel feed with flexible printing plates which usually comprise of foto polymers and low-viscous colors. The Felxo printing is frequently used for printing packaging and bags.

Flocking

Flocking is a process for textile promotional products, giveaway and promotional items, on which textile fibers (flocks) are attached to the textile bottom layer of the promotional products and giveaway covered with glue. Then the fibers are aligned with the help of an electro-static field and locked into the glue on the promotional items and giveaway. As a result of this process, an even and durable surface is produced, which gives the promotional products, the promotional items and giveaway a soft and silk-like feel. Flock is available in different colors, lengths and thicknesses.
The process of flocking is mainly suitable for large fonts, logos or motives on the promotional products and promotional items. Alternatively, special films can be used, which under a certain pressure or temperature condition, can be melted on the foundation of the promotional item or giveaway in the desired form.

Four-Colour Printing

Four-colour printing (or multicolour printing) allows the reproduction of coloured originals (photos, images etc.). Four-colour printing employs the following base colours: cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK).
Before printing a coloured image on promotional products, it needs to be converted to matrix dots and separated into the four aforementioned colours (using photographic or electronic/digital processing). The result is a lithographic film per colour. These lithos are used to create the four colour printing plates (one in each of the colours) and to ensure the precise alignment (register) of the colours in the finished product for printing the photos or images on the promotional items and giveaway.
