Printing with ceramic colors is carried out first indirect on a tracking film, which then is transferred on the promotional item itself. The subsequent burn-in ensures the color stability (e.g. through the cleaning process of a dish washing machine) equally to the ceramic screen-printing on this giveaway and promotional products.

Transfer Printing

Transfer printing is mostly used in the textile industry for printing of textile promotional products and is used to transfer a design from a pre-printed transfer film onto the promotional items or giveaway. Transfer printing is especially used in advertising textiles and promotional items and giveaway where the logo cannot be printed using the regular screen printing method for technical reasons (e.g. multicoloured designs with fine gauze lines).

This printing method comprises two steps. In the first step, the logo to be printed is printed onto the printing material (film). In the second step, the printed film is pressed onto the textile promotional products with using a transfer press.

This method distinguishes itself through high coverage and colour intensity, especially on dark textiles.
