Mercerised Cotton

Mercerising is an additional process in the dyeing of cotton used in the production of textiles promotional products (as example t-shirts as promotional items and giveaway). After bleaching, the fabric undergoes the additional mercerisation process, which gives it a particularly fine shiny appearance and improved absorption of dyes.
To achieve this, the material is processed to change the fibre cross section from its original the bean shape to a round shape. Through this change, light is reflected uniformly and the fabric becomes softer to the touch.
If the customer need high quality textiles as promotional items and giveaway, it's recommended to mercerise this kind of promotional products.

Merchandising

Merchandising is a term used to describe the production, distribution and marketing of branded articles which bear the same logo or the same message as a well-known brand-name product and have the same effect as promotional products, promotional items and giveaway. Merchandise articles or also promotional products, promotional items and giveaway are used to transfer a positive, ideal brand image onto a range of consumer goods which then adopt the character of promotional items or giveaway.

Merchandising articles are often employed to promote movies, entertainers or as sport fan merchandise (e.g. football, Formula 1 etc.).
The array of merchandise products ranges from photos and video and audio recordings to books, collector albums, computer games, collector items such as figurines, building kits, models, stickers and trading cards as well as articles of daily use such as pens, screens, cups, key rings and articles of clothing (especially t-shirts, sweatshirts, college jackets and raincoats).

Manufacturer of promotional products are also specialised for the production of merchandising products.

Metal decoration

For printing of promotional products on tin cans and other packaging materials as promotional items or giveaway, the metal decoration process is used, commonly through the offset method.
In this case, a primer is applied to the material of the promotional items and giveaway before the pressing, which is dried in an often after the pressing.

Micro Polyester

Microfibre Polyester refers to ultrafine filamentary and spun yarns, the individual filaments of which (i.e. individual fibres) are finer than 1.0 dtex (Dezitex). This means that 10,000 metres of yarn (or more) only weigh 1 gram. Its light weight ensures that the material is flexible with a soft, flowing fall. They are used in production of washable imitation leather (Alcantara) or breathable fabrics or other textile promotional products.

Microfibre

Microfibres are a modern, high-tech fibre, usually made of polyester. Millions of fine fibres form a fabric which is almost impenetrable to wind and rain, but still allows vaporous body moisture to evaporate. For this reason, microfibre textiles promotional products offer high wearer comfort.

On the production of promotional items and giveaway, microfibres are very popular by all kind of polar fleece promotional products.
